Usually your dedicated server will be available in less than 15 minutes. We automated the provisioning but if there went anything wrong at the payment or automated deployment it could take a little longer.
As soon as the server is available, the IP-address can be seen in the webinterface. Then you can equip your server with an operating system.
Feel free to contact our support if the deployment takes longer – so we can give you information about the order status.
We have to make sure that credit card payments are legitimate payments. That’s why we set up rules to avoid a deceit. The payment will get checked by one of our employees – this usually won’t take longer than a few hours.

If you have any other question or your credit card payment hasn’t arrived in you account after multiple hours, please contact our support.
Your permanent discount won’t get disabled because of an upgrade. Only the partial settlement of the upgrade won’t get included. You will pay the surcharge without the discount until the next cycle starts. If you ordered the server while a permanent discount was enabled, it will remain active and will get used in every future renewal.

In principle our motto is: Simply charge and get started right away! (ger: Einfach aufladen und sofort loslegen!). So if you order a service out of our webshop, it will be provided ordinarily within a few minutes. This includes our webhosting services and virtual servers.
Because of different points we can provide some services only delayed. That is for products like domains (more information can be found in the matching FAQ-article and dedicated servers (provided within 24 hours). So please don’t be surprised if it takes a bit longer than expected. This could also happen if there are many unforeseen orders so we have to set up a new server to handle the demand.
If your order isn’t available after twenty minutes we recommend to check the order status in the client area. If you can’t see anything there you can contact the support of course!
